Adrian woke up once last night at 1am after sleeping from 10.20pm. Since weaning, I find his sleeping pattern is longer than before. Ye la, dia takde bangun for feed any more. He just need some pats or a swing kadang. He was being a bit wobbly last night masa bangun tu and ended up seating facing the sleeping me, usually bila nampak mummy he knows what to do. Pergi selak baju mummy but not yesterday. Bila face mummy, he did nothing sebab he knows it already.
Macam masa dulu2 when he was biting my bubu, I would scold him or talk to him or makes him wait a lil longer bila dia nak feed, after a day or 2 dia dah tau dia akan dapat feed lambat if still biting, dia pun stop with the biting and we’re back on track balik.
He also been so nice sleeping on his cot from last night. Rindu pula bersempit sempit on our bed. Honestly, rasa janggal semalam bila it’s just me and hubby on the bed last night. Ye la, normally Adrian ada tengah tengah squishing us. Hehe. Mummy bangun awal sampai tak tahu nak buat apa masa Adrian still tidur til 8.30am.
Kan semalam we bought for him calcium supplement, hari ni I decided to mixed it with his porridge. Tapi Adrian tau ok! Dia boleh rasa strawberry milkshake (that’s the calcium supplement flavour). So in the end dia taknak the whole plate, kenalah mummy bagi another new one yang clean from supplement. Oh did I tell you hari ni porridge mixed dengan cheese pula. Yesterday’s was tofu.
Ni masa he was busy watching both TV and computer. I was next to him laying down & dia macam betul2 dah faham instead of always sitting on top of me, dia sit next to me and terus baring.
Hari ni adalah sekali dia tiba2 dia datang nak selak baju sebab nak susu. Ye la, benda dah selalu buat, takkan expect dia lupa within a day kan. Tapi dengan progress dia sekarang memang sangat lah amazing! It didn’t take us long to wean him. Nak suruh accept susu lain yang kita orang belum master lagi. Kalau tenung Adrian lama2, I can still cry sebab rasa kesian. Tu sebab when I stare at him, I try not to think too much pasal weaning ni. Stare at him lepas tu mainlah dengan dia or even give him kisses or hugs.
Malam ni tiba2 Adrian cranky sikit for no reason. Sebok nak masuk tangan bawah katil, sedangkan takde pape pun bawah katil. It took him and hour and a half la nak tidur from 9.50 to 10.45 pm macam tu kut. Bagi dia tengok Mickey mouse movie terus dia diam & layan sampai tertidur.
p/s: he slept through the night malam ni tapi pastu woke up pretty early la, before daddy pergi kerja.
