What is up with me these days? I have been doing nothing but house chores :p
With the unpredictable weather, it’s been raining for few days now; can you believe that it’s been 18 months since parched Perth had a decent heavy rain? Yes you heard it right. I think I forgot what it feels like to hanging out inside the house because of the rain or even riding in a car while raining. Don’t talk about raining in KL, it’s not the same. I meant the feeling.
My husband on the other hand is busy looking around for rims and big wheels and adjustable. I think I grew hating them now, not!
It’s the third of ramadhan today, another ramadhan abroad and many more to come. Like always, Perth started a day late than Malaysia. It’s what the mosque told. As far as I can remember, it’s always a day late but Eid on the same day. This will be my second time fasting while breastfeeding, although I haven’t officially started fasting yet. I just hope I can make it. It’s not easy breastfeeding and fasting at the same time, you tend to get thirsty and hungry easier. We’re not going back for Eid this year. I’m too busy with the house.
Anyway, speaking of breastfeed, I’ve another 3 months to go until Adrian’s turn 2. I know I’ll definitely last until he’s 2, from the way he’s hating formula nor bottles. I’m excited to wean him off off the milk but sad too. Come on, no mothers finds it easy to let go. I’m trying to wean off but having a tot who hates anything other than mine is not easy as ABC, 123. I know I’ve to be a mean mummy when the time comes.
Our last night with the car
Adrian right now has been nothing but a clever tot. He knows it’s his time to go to bed when I say jom. He knows to pick up the things we told him to. Isn’t it amaze seeing the tiny little bub that came out of me has now grown to be a very young men. Last Friday, we had to bring Adrian to the emergency department in PMH after he reacted negatively after eating choc chip peanut given by his dear daddy. He ate it around 6 at night and I saw few rashes on his cheeks and lips. Hubby was in the shower and yelled out for him. I thought it was nothing serious until few minutes later Adrian vomits. He vomits most what he ate earlier and his late lunch too. I mean his lunch weren’t even digested yet. It’s still looks like it just came in. His face turns pale and helpless. The doctor advised it was a mild allergy since he didn’t have any breathing difficulty. Alhamdulillah. He was given a medicine and had a diarrhea once. And he’s was fine the next morning.
He scares me to death!
