>My planned was to make a cake for hubby’s birthday on the 10th and has even planning for this for quite some time and on the 9th, I forgot to jot down what I wanna buy when we headed out to woolies. Bila dah tak jot down maka lupalah apa yang patut dibeli. So I ended up not making a cake for him on that very special day.
Tapi I did make one later hari apa entah, khamis ke jumaat entah. Beware, this is my very first attempt making/baking a cake. I’m not a baker FYI.
I’m a fan of cheese cake. Either it bake or continental, I don’t mind. As long as it cheese, then I’m in it.
I didn’t take any pictures masa tengah mencuba nasib because my mind was too busy mixing this and that while keeping my eyes on my bub supaya dia tak merengek. Believe me, it’s hard. Kejap mata pandang bahan kek, kejap mata tengok anak. Bila merengek, nak kena pergi entertain baby pula.
This is the easiest Oreo cheese cake anyone can make. Junior masterchef kalau tengok ni pun mesti diaorang pejam sebelah mata je kalau nak buat. The place I’m renting now tak ada oven and that’s why I’ve no other choice but to make him a continental oreo cheese cake.
I thought the cake turn out sweeter than I expected but hubby said it was perfect. Ah, he can really made my day. So hunny bunny, here’s to you. Happy belated birthday, again!
