I can never get myself weigh down until 50kg. During my wedding I was about 54kg. Berat sungguhkan.
I kept hearing people say “takpelah berat mcm tu, memang ideal with my height”. Oklah, nak sedapkan hati aku terimalah pujian tu.
I never wear any body slimming girdle nor eat any supplement my entire life. I’m just too lazy doing so.
I was lucky during the 9 months pregnancy, I only gained 9kg. I eat a lot, double the portion I’ve always eat before. Few days after I gave birth, my weight went down to 60. I always wonder why only 60, when one day I found the answer to that. It’s because I had 4 pints of blood transfusion & god-knows how many liters of water they gave me during surgery. Sebenarnya aku mencari jawapan tu sebab nak sedapkan hati sendiri.
So from then on and today I’ve lost only 3kg more which makes me 57kg today. It’s been months I’m at 57. I lost 1kilo back in KL and gain 1 back, when I’m back here. Kesimpulannya, my weight didn’t go anywhere; maintain macam tu je la.
I told hubby about wanting to wear the Premium Beautiful girdle, as usual it’s not his thing so he doesn’t bother much about it.
I’m hoping to shed 5 kilos max. With my height, I’m gonna look horrible if I’m at 50. Horrible as in macam plywood. Like I mentioned in my twitter, i heard people said breastfeeding helps you shed your weight faster but I say bullshit. Although my weight sucks, I’m thankful takde stretchmark.
Adrian’s turning 1 in about 2 months time and I’m still nowhere near 54 at all. Argh! I hate you fat!
