Phobia

>Everyone must at least have one thing they scared of. I know I do. Gila power if you don’t. It’s been in me since I was a little kid, before kindy I guess. I’ve 4 most important things I’m scared of (a million minor things).

1) Kolah (in English as pits betul ke).
Especially kalau penuh dengan air and nampak all greeny (if the tiles is in white colour la). Kalau Ada gayung and you flip & push it down and let it float by itself sampai keluar bubble pun scary. I just hate looking down into it. The scariest kolah made from cement. Plus with a dim light, there could be anything in there. I had once gone raya-ing with my family when I was little, there’s this rumah kampung yang ada kolah besar made from cement and they keep hatchlings (anak buaya) in there. Dahlah toilet gelap sebab lampu romantic sangat, semen tak bertile/cat, tiba tiba ada anak buaya. But I peed anyway, cause I couldn’t hold any longer. My parents house once had kolah but now no more, THANK GOD!

2) Based on number 1, an all cement toilet.
Sounds foolish but it makes the toilet so dark & gloomy. But this does not comes to the extend where I’ll not use the toilet at all. I will, cuma I wouldn’t use it that often or stay in it longer than I normally would.

3) Monster under the bed.
Another stupid phobia of mine, everytime I go to bed, both my hands and feet MUST not go out of the mattress area. You get whet I mean, like letting your hand loose hanging on your bed. I feel like something underneath will grab my hands & feet if i do so. So to be safe, I cover myself with blanket. You can only see my head.

4) Frogs.
It green, brown, whatever & slimy. Yuck! I’ve a few bad memories with them. The worst is, wearing school shoes with a frog in it. I remember that moment very well. I was probably in Form 3 where my dad sent me to school that morning. I was in a rush and quickly put on my shoes. I felt all gooey and stuff and thought my shoes must’ve been wet again from the rain. I peeked inside my shoes when I was in the car and there I saw it. Argh! I told dad & he said “buang je la!”, very unhelpful. I let the frog jump by itself and god-knows-where, I’ve no idea where he jump. After dad had drop me off at school I prayed silently hoping the frog wouldn’t startle my dad. Until today I never knew where inside the car the frog had jump.

There’s too many I can list down but it’ll be better if you only know these four.

Call me chicken. Call me scaredy cat. Call me coward, I don’t care.
